![]() I'm thinking it just doesn't work with all local accounts for some reason like the game thinks the same account is trying to join again and won't let it bc it thinks that account is already on, like it can't tell the difference between the local accounts. So if anyone is having this issue on ps4 I suggest trying what he posted and hopefully that will work because it did for me, so I mean at least we know it isn't removed now. I did just as it said and made a sub user account for my son with one of my old emails and everything and now on single player I join my daughter who still just uses a local account with no email or anything and then I join my son with his new valid user account that I just made with the email and it works perfectly. However, I had an existing sub user/account for one of my kids (shows under Family Management and has a real email and user id) once I reset the password and signed in the user on my third controller I was able to play it with 3 players in the local split screen mode like before.Ģnd user - local PS5 user (no email associated)ģrd user - sub user with valid email and shown under Family Management and is a childĪdd2714's advice worked for me just to let people know so they can try it too. I intially tried removing the restrictions on those profile to no avail. Both of those local user profiles could join, but only one at a time once the other was removed from the game. My main user was signed into PSN and I was using those local users profiles on PS5 (There is no email assigned to them).Īfter the update, I too couldn’t have more than 2 players in the split screen. ![]() Prior to the update I was able to play with 3 players offline split screen in the Single Player mode.
